Program up to $20,000 Lifetime: The Imaging Loan Repayment
Assistance Program provides financial support to our Mercy Imaging
co-workers in a 24X7 hospital based eligible position who are in a
.4 FTE and above, working 32 hours or more per pay period. The
program offers monthly payments made directly to the loan servicer
up to the amount of $370 per month and up to $20,000 for a lifetime
maximum. Overview:Assist radiologist and or performing physician in
the performance of interventional and special procedures
(myelography, hysterosalpingography, arthrography and any other
such procedures). Provide the patient care essential to the exams.
Is able to perform surgery procedures required by team/shift and is
able to take OR call when necessary.Qualifications:
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist
Program and completed required clinical hours. High school graduate
or equivalent.
- Licensure: State licensure may be required depending on the
specific state of practice.
- Experience: Has acquired experience and possesses capability as
determined to be adequate for the position.
- Certification/Registration: ARRT registry or registry eligible
Achieved registry within 6 months of hire or within 1 year in
Arkansas.
- Other: Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities: Technical skill in
radiologic procedures. Understanding of basic anatomy. Working
Conditions, Mental and Physical Requirements: This individual must
be capable of: manipulating x-ray equipment, including mobile and
other equipment; carrying cassettes; selecting and manipulating
exposure factors; evaluating radiographs; lifting, moving, and
transporting patients; continual standing and walking; recognizing
emergency situations; adapting to stressful situations;
communicating effectively. Equipment Used: This individual should
be proficient in the use of: radiographic equipment, radiographic
