- Be a Cultural Shepherd. Assist with training and guide Memory
Care Directors to reflect Arrow core values and ensure
compassionate, exceptional service to residents.
- Be a Program Architect. Assist with design and implementation
of Memory Care programs and services to promote and maintain the
highest practicable level of physical, social, and psychological
wellbeing for residents living with dementia diagnoses.
- Keep Top of Line Top of Mind. Help Memory Care Directors
understand and work toward occupancy and revenue goals to ensure
communitys success.
- Be a Master of Quality Assurance. Assist with reviewing and
auditing all facets of the Memory Care department with the Wellness
department to ensure company and regulatory compliance.DutiesThis
position description is designated to outline primary duties,
qualifications, and job scope, but not limit the individual or the

whenever necessary to ensure the success of our endeavors.
- Assist with collaborating with community and home office
leadership team to ensure effective and ongoing education and
training, including execution of onboarding processes as well as
evaluation and recording of individual and Memory Care team
performance, provide coaching and counseling, and make appropriate
developmental or performance recommendations.
- Assist in collaborating with home office and community Wellness
leadership to organize clinical data to identify and explain major
trends, identify underlying issues, and generate action plans to
achieve community and company goals.
- Keep abreast of dementia care trends and regulatory
requirements through active participation in local and state
associations, attending courses and reviewing industry
publications.
- Assist in providing regular reports and updates to company
leadership team, Regional Operations, and community leadership team
on a timely basis.
- Provide regular communication and feedback regarding community
work. Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree.
- Degree in a related field preferred.
- Minimum of one dementia-related certification.
- Minimum of two years experience and knowledge of theories and
practices related to the care of persons living with dementia or in
a related field with transferable knowledge and skills. Preference
will be given to candidates with leadership experience as a
director in a specialized dementia program.
- One years experience as a Lead Memory Care Director is
preferred.
- Ability to direct the work of others and to provide the
necessary leadership for measurable growth and satisfaction in
performing the work.
- Be of good character and a continuing reputation of personal
integrity.
- Must be willing to travel regularly and work onsite for
extended periods.
- Possesses clear verbal and written communication skills
- Professional in appearance and conduct.
- Must be criminally cleared.
- Be in good health and physically and mentally capable of
performing assigned tasks. Good physical health and free from
tuberculosis. Must have a health screening performed by a physician
not more than thirty (30) days prior to or seven (7) days following
employment.
- Must have dependable transportation and be able to work varying
hours as needed.Physical RequirementsWhile performing the duties of
this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate in
person and through written correspondence. This position is
sedentary, requiring sitting at a desk between six and eight hours
a day in an indoor, office setting. The position also requires
standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping for brief
periods of time. Employee may need to retrieve items from storage,
including overhead bins or cabinets. The employee must be able to
lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds. Arrow Senior Living
