Job Description:
A company is looking for a Procurement Specialist to join their
Contract Lifecycle Management team.
Key Responsibilities
Structure and negotiate contract terms, including pricing and
volume discounts
Review, redline, and finalize agreements to ensure compliance with
internal policies
Serve as a liaison between the organization and vendors,
facilitating smooth negotiations
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in procurement, contract negotiation, or
managing complex acquisitions
Strong understanding of legal and business terminology, and
industry trends in contracting and supplier management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with Apttus
or similar contract management software
Strong understanding of legal principles
Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and a results-oriented
mindset
