Job Description:
A company is looking for an AML Governance Specialist
responsible for regulatory documentation and governance
coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in regulatory exams and internal audits by documenting
governance-related materials
Coordinate policy updates across the AML Department and ensure
timely presentation to committees
Provide oversight for AML-identified issues and track remediation
efforts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance, Business, Management, or
a relevant field
5+ years of experience in the financial services industry with a
focus on risk and control management
Experience in collecting and coordinating responses for internal
and external exams
Familiarity with BSA/AML processes and systems
Experience in drafting, reviewing, and implementing policies and
procedures
