Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Sourcer (GTM) for a 3-month
contract position, remote.
Key Responsibilities
Engage active and passive candidates through various recruiting
channels
Build a strong network of Sales Talent and track candidate metrics
using ATS (Greenhouse)
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to develop creative
sourcing strategies
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience as a Sourcer in the Software Industry
Solid understanding of recruiting Software Sales professionals
Able to support multiple recruiters in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record of building relationships with passive
candidates
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruiting
priorities
