Our culture of evolution and empathy centers on long-term career growth and development opportunities in an environment that embraces your unique skills and experience.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesLocation: Primarily remote with monthly travel to Kansas City, MO requiredClearance Requirement: Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Federal government security clearanceDrive the design, implementation and optimization of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for KC NSC client.Oversee the development of data models, dashboards, and reports that empower stakeholders to make informed decisions based on data insights. Identify client requirements and existing reporting capabilities as a baseline for exceeding client expectations with the new S/4 HANA system. Work jointly with KC NSC client to identify a reporting and analytics strategy that will meet current and future client needs.This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a dynamic, collaborative environment supporting critical initiatives.As a managing consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will lead design workshops, support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. There are opportunities for you to acquire new skills, work across different disciplines, take on new challenges, and develop a comprehensive understanding of various industries.Required Technical and Professional ExpertiseMinimum of eight (8) years of SAP BI/BOBJ reporting and analytics. Minimum of five (5) years of SAC with two full implementation cycles.Strong understanding of data modeling concepts, analytics best practices, and visualization techniques.Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud functionalities, including data connectivity, story creation, and planning capabilities.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for diverse audiences.Knowledge of SAC Predictive BI capabilities and implementation strategies.Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.S/4HANA certification requiredThis is a primarily remote role; however, monthly travel to Kansas City, MO will be required for team meetings, project collaboration, or other in-person engagements.This role requires the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance with the US Federal governmentPreferred Technical and Professional Expertise

The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws.
