Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Adoption Consultant to manage
customer onboarding and project delivery related to their strategic
objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee project delivery from inception to launch, ensuring
alignment with customer goals
Act as the primary contact for customers regarding project plans,
progress, and risks
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and drive product
adoption post-onboarding
Required Qualifications
7+ years' experience in the MarTech or sales-tech industry
7+ years in an enterprise software customer-facing role
Experience managing or working with enterprise customers
Technical or non-technical software experience
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced
environment
