  • Position / Specialty: Home Health RN
  • Shift: 830am- 5pm Monday-Friday and every 4th weekend
  • Weekend REQ: Y - every 4th weekend
  • Is on-call REQ? Yes - rotating. Approximately 7 shifts per quarter, 3 of which are on the weekends they work, but based on unit's needs.
  • Years of experience REQ: 1-year previous Adult Skilled Home Health Experience
  • First-timers accepted: Y

    • Valid MO State license required
    • 1-year previous Adult Skilled Home Health Experience
    • Phlebotomy/IV Management experience required
    • Computerized documentation experience required - OASIS preferred
    • Admission Assessment experience required
    • Case Management preferred experience required
    • Discharge/discharge due to safety or Noncompliance experience required
    • Recertification experience required
    • Resumption of care experience required
    • Routine Visit experience required
    • Start of Care experience required
    • Wound Care experience required
    • Medication administration/management experience required
    • Infection Control Precautions experience required
      • Schedule Information
      • 830am- 5pm Monday-Friday
      • Every 4th weekend
