Job Description:
A company is looking for a Content Update Editor for People.
Key Responsibilities:
Research, write, and perform revisions, updates, and rewrites to
content according to project instructions and brand guidelines
Fact check and copy edit content alongside larger revisions and
updates
Commit to at least 15 hours of work per week
Required Qualifications:
At least 3 years of experience writing or editing entertainment,
pop culture, or celebrity-focused content
Familiarity with the PEOPLE brand and voice, and
entertainment/celebrity pop culture
Strong research skills and knowledge of trustworthy news
sources
Experience with content management systems
Access to a smartphone, computer (not a tablet), and a secure
internet connection
