• Career Advancement Opportunities Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
  • Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
  • Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
  • Maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:
    • Pay Range: $75,000 - $83,000 / per year
    • Full-Time: 40 Hours Per Week or Part-Time Available
    • Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
    • Location: St. Louis, MO Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Skills and Qualifications:
      • Current Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
      • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
      • Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
      • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
