2 - 3 years of experience in a similar position.
2-3 years of hands-on support experience in an MSP environment.
Advanced technical knowledge in Windows servers, networking
protocols, and endpoint support.
Solid experience with Cisco Meraki devices, network
troubleshooting, and email security systems.
Working knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and
support tasks.
Proven ability to manage high-pressure situations and effectively
communicate with clients and internal teams.
100% Remote
