Job Description:
A company is looking for a Plant Takeoff Specialist to work
remotely and support project management in Water and Wastewater
Treatment Plants.
Key Responsibilities
Review project schedules and analyze specifications and plans
Perform detailed material takeoffs and ensure accuracy before
project release
Communicate with project managers and engineers to resolve issues
and update material scopes
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in material takeoffs for Waterworks
materials
Knowledge of pipe, valves, fittings, and materials in the
waterworks industry
Familiarity with construction documents and project management
processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Experience with Sage Estimating or Planswift Estimating software is
a plus
