Job Description:
A company is looking for an HR Operations Analyst to join the
People Operations and Shared Services team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve data-related tickets within the ServiceNow
queue
Lead data clean-up projects and coordinate HR efforts for entity
changes
Conduct HR data integrity audits and support onboarding and
offboarding processes
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of HR operations experience
2-3 years of Workday experience, including EIBs and reporting
Ability to document and map processes
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on continuous
improvement
BA/BS Degree preferred
