Job Description:
A company is looking for a Leave Specialist responsible for
administering Family Medical Leave Act policies and performing
clerical duties to support operational functions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist associates with Leave of Absence requests and guide them
through the process
Process all Leave of Absence paperwork according to established
procedures and laws
Administer the FMLA policy and review documentation for accuracy
and completeness
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
2-5 years of FMLA claim administration or related field
experience
Current experience in the integrated disability and absence
management industry
Solid understanding of FMLA and employment regulations
Must complete continuing education requirements as outlined by
educational services
