Job Description:
A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Team Lead to oversee
centralized revenue cycle functions and ensure operational
efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between internal RCM teams and
transitioning practices, ensuring alignment on processes and
performance goals
Lead day-to-day operations of the RCM teams, ensuring
accountability and quality standards
Refine SOPs and training materials to support a scalable
centralized RCM model and communicate transition updates to
stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Revenue
Cycle Representative) or equivalent experience in RCM
3+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare
operations
Experience leading billing, collections, or payer relations
teams
Strong knowledge of RCM best practices and claim adjudication
processes
Familiarity with EMR/EHR & RCM systems is a plus
