A company is looking for a Customer Success Lead to enhance B2B
customer success and build a world-class customer success
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Conduct product training and onboarding sessions
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related
field
5+ years of experience in customer success or account
management
Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and government technology
landscape
Experience with CRM systems and customer success tools
Project management skills and ability to manage multiple clients
simultaneously
