Oversee and assist all Mercy Gift Shop Springfield volunteers, including scheduling and training. Must be able to prioritize work and have excellent customer service skills. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.Qualifications:

• Experience: Background in retail, merchandising and customer service.
• Education: Requires high school diploma
• Certifications: None
• Other: Strong organizational skills, communication skills and computer literacy required. Must possess the ability to interact with diverse populations in a positive manner. Must exercise good judgment, be able to effectively deal with problems, maintain good interpersonal relationships and adapt to change.
