Job Description: As a Global Services Representative, you will service international and domestic clients with all service and trading needs in a fast-paced environment. This includes trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds and options, as well as general account servicing inquiries. You will also complete document translation services for internal partners and clients in foreign languages. Evening and overnight shifts will support clients within Stock Plan Services. The relationships you create will impact clients as you aid them in their financial goals.

Required Qualifications:

• Read, write, and speak fluent Spanish and English.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses required or a condition of employment to obtain these licenses within training time.
• Flexibility to work between 7:00am-6:00pm CST.
  
  Preferred Qualifications:
  
  • FINRA Series 9-10 license preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Client Service, Financial Services, and/or Brokerage Services with a focus on trading and client engagement.
  • Passion for trading and market knowledge with ability to discuss topics and solutions with clients.
  • Shift flexibility and ability to work 24hrs a day, 6 days a week.
  • Excellent analytical skills to mitigate risk and adhere to trading accuracy and policies.
  • Passion to continually learn and grow in personal finance and markets.
  • Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients over the phone.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written skills with a strong customer service focus.
  • Resilience to achieve client happiness in a fast-paced call environment.
