Job Description:
A company is looking for a Group Account Supervisor to manage a
team and provide strategic input on multiple accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Develop tactical plans and oversee the implementation process
Manage client budgets by accurately estimating and tracking
expenses
Provide leadership and feedback to junior account staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field
5-7 years of experience in multiple products and therapeutic
categories
Experience in managing client relationships and team dynamics
Proven ability to make decisions prioritizing tasks and
finances
Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
