Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Assistant to provide
exceptional support to internal customers.
Key Responsibilities
Provide inbound and outbound support via phone, email, or chat in a
courteous and efficient manner
Diagnose and resolve technical issues using documented solutions
while maintaining customer service focus
Document issues handled and stay current on information impacting
internal customers
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Call center experience is preferred
Experience working with a PC in a Windows environment is
required
Friendly and helpful attitude with the ability to manage multiple
tasks
Ability to work as part of a team
