Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Support Technologist
to provide technical support and solutions for learning management
systems in higher education.
Key Responsibilities
Act as an intermediary between students, faculty, and IT
departments to address technical issues
Maintain online support ticket services and training resources for
academic stakeholders
Provide level 2 support for escalated issues and assist in
monitoring internal knowledge bases
Required Qualifications
1+ years' experience in education technology or related field
1+ years' experience in higher education supporting faculty with
instructional technology
Experience troubleshooting issues with learning management systems
like Canvas or Blackboard
Customer service experience adhering to service level
agreements
Associate Degree in education technology, instructional design,
information technology, or a related field
