Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Booking Coordinator (HHG
Military Move) to oversee and support the booking team for military
household goods relocations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the booking team to foster a collaborative and
efficient work environment
Manage day-to-day booking activities and resolve complex booking
issues
Collaborate with other departments to streamline booking processes
and improve workflow efficiency
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; preferred
undergraduate degree in a related field
Minimum 2 years of experience in dispatch operations, with at least
1 year in a supervisory or lead role
Must be a U.S. citizen due to contractual requirements
Proficiency in booking and logistics management software
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite for creating reports
and communications
