The program will include integrating standards/regulations into Mercy's ongoing accreditation and regulatory compliance efforts and developing consistent processes as it relates to the standards. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, vision, values and Mercy Service Standards.Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years experience in healthcare industry, including experience with accrediting and regulatory compliance (State, Federal and Joint Commission)
• Required Education: Bachelor's degree in health-related field
• Preferred Education: Masters degree in health-related field
• Licensure: none
• Other: Demonstrated initiative in achieving strategic goals and objectives; strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Solid understanding of how to use data to analyze processes and measure outcomes.
