Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Systems Designer (Rewards)
to join their MMORPG team.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement progression systems and reward structures
Collaborate with design teams to ensure balanced character power
progression
Integrate player feedback through regular playtests to refine
reward systems
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in software or video game development
Strong mathematical skills related to RPG systems
Proven experience designing reward systems from concept to
implementation
Proficient in spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Sheets
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Game Design, or
a related field
