The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing and configuring WinTeam, leveraging it to optimize security operations, enhance data accuracy, and drive informed business decisions.Pay: $75,000 - $90,000 / yearWork Location:

• This position is based out of St. Louis, MO.
• Open to candidates within the United States.
• Candidates located outside of St. Louis, MO, must be able to travel up to 25% as needed.Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with security stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to WinTeam.
  • System Analysis: Assess the current use of WinTeam within security operations, identify opportunities for improvements, and provide recommendations to enhance system performance and functionality.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity within WinTeam by validating, updating, and managing system data specific to security operations.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing security processes and workflows, recommending enhancements or new processes to increase efficiency using WinTeam.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain security-specific reports and dashboards within WinTeam to support business decision-making.
  • User Support: Provide end-user support and training for WinTeam, troubleshooting issues and addressing user inquiries within the security context.
  • Project Management: Participate in or lead projects related to the implementation or enhancement of WinTeam, including managing timelines and deliverables specific to security operations.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and system configurations related to WinTeam in the security industry.Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
    • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with specific experience working with WinTeam in the security industry preferred.
    • Skills:
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
      • Proficiency in WinTeam and related systems.
      • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
      • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.What We Offer:
