Specialist at our main campus.This position has no set hours, and
is going to be filling in holes within all units as needed.----If
you are looking for a flexible work life balance, PRN is a great
fit because you will be picking up shifts on an as needed basis and
you are only required to work 80 hours per quarter.----*Must have

PurposeTo provide the scope of child life services to children and
families who are receiving services from St. Louis Children's
Hospital.--Responsibilities
- Collaborates with health care professionals and hospital staff
to provide optimal family centered care.
- Provides child life services to patients and families as
assessed and prioritized including psycho-social preparation for
hospitalization, procedures, surgeries, and/or other potentially
stressful events.
- Actively contributes to the efficient operation of the Child
Life Department, planning activities, special projects, meetings
and outcome measures.
- Increases awareness of child life services throughout the
hospital by providing information about the services, role
modeling, medical record documentation and in-service
education.Minimum RequirementsEducation
