Job Description:
A company is looking for a Linux Support Specialist to join
their support team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Linux Support Lead to develop and scale Linux
support infrastructure
Engage with the Linux Community, providing development updates and
technical support
Build guides and knowledge base articles on Linux distribution
setup and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a technical support role
Ability to support Ubuntu and Fedora Linux distributions
Technical fluency in reading and analyzing Linux logs for error
identification
Experience with filing external and internal bug reports
Ability to address customer queries with diplomacy in tickets and
forums
