Mercy South Float Pool Full Time or Part Time, Nights Tiered 3 (Med surg) will receive a $5.00 differential over base pay Tiered 2 (Stepdown) will receive a $7.50 differential over base pay Tiered 1 (ICU) will receive a $10.00 differential over base pay Sign on Bonus for eligible RN's up to $10,000! Float Pool gives the opportunity to develop clinical assessment skills as well as sharpen skills in communication and teamwork. Health care workers who are compassionate, hard-working, and flexible will find working on this unit very rewarding! Units you may float to: Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Medical Telemetry, Neuro Stepdown, Medical Stepdown, Surgical Stepdown, Cardiac Telemetry, Cardiac Vascular Intensive Care, Oncology, Neurology, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, ICU, and more! Float Pool Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years' bedside RN experience.
• Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school.
• Preferred Education: BSN
• License: current RN license in our state
• Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
