-Operating Room - PRN Opportunities - -Candidates must have listed OR experience and will be working at Mercy Hospital South!Apply now and join a team of dynamic health care professionals who work hard to make a difference! -Mercy South OR conducts a variety of cases including Orthopedics, Neurology, General and Vascular. RNs are typically hired into one of these specialty pods, and may have the opportunity to cross-train to other pods in the department. -*Note: This opportunity is located at Mercy South. Candidates who do not yet have OR experience will be considered for the next available OR Fellowship slated for June 2025. -Overview: -Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards.Qualifications:

• Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school
• License: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
