Additional Information About the Role
Are you looking for an opportunity to directly impact patient care
in Oncology as a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist? As an oncology
specialist, you will serve as the clinical pharmacy resource for
patients with hematologic malignancies and patients undergoing a
bone marrow transplant.Advance your clinical experience with our
dynamic team of medical professionals. PGY1 residency required.
PGY2 Oncology preferred.

questions.
Preferred Qualifications
Role PurposeEvaluates and recommends appropriate drug therapy to
achieve optimal cost-effective patient outcomes, by working
directly with physicians, other health professionals, and patients.
Participates in the development, provision and evaluation of
comprehensive pharmaceutical care and quality assurance programs
through scholarly activities. Serves as a resource to the pharmacy
