  • Ratios: 4:1 but does occasional flex to 5:1
  • Years of experience REQ: Usually 3 years of experience required, will look at 2-3 years experience if they have level I trauma center experience and one travel assignment
  • First-timers accepted: No
  • Weekend REQ: every other
  • Certs REQ: ACLS, BCLS

        • Unit Specific Skills checklist is required within 1 year of start. Require Oncology/Outpatient Oncology/Infusion Center skills checklist for Med Surg-Oncology Unit. If the candidate states they do not have oncology experience, escalate to BJC lead for next steps.

          • Government issued ID required. For Home Health positions, candidate must provide driver's license.
          • AHA Only Certification requirements by unit are housed in the unit descriptions available in the facility's profile page. Certs of completion are acceptable for up to 1 month until official card is issued.
