Job Description:
A company is looking for a Coder II - OP Physician Coding.
Key Responsibilities
Examine and interpret medical records for accurate coding of
diagnoses, procedures, and professional fees
Communicate with providers regarding missing documentation and
offer guidance as needed
Collaborate with revenue cycle departments to ensure timely and
accurate coding and billing processes
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of coding experience
Must possess one of the following certifications: CCS, CCS-P, CIC,
CIRCC, COC, CPC, RHIA, or RHIT
Proficient in ICD-10 and CPT coding
Sound knowledge of healthcare regulations and coding guidelines
