OR Team Leader is a professional registered nurse who functions as
a primary nurse and has responsibility and accountability for
quality nursing care in assessing, planning, implementing,
educating and evaluating a designated group of patients in
accordance with all established Hospital Policies & Procedures, and
the Nursing Practice Act. He/she is responsible for managing
supplies, and equipment on the unit and for promoting teamwork with
all members of the healthcare team. -Because you're committed to
