Program Planning & Execution
Define and manage technical programs/projects across multiple teams and domains.

Develop roadmaps, schedules, and resource plans in collaboration with engineering leads.

Manage end-to-end lifecycle of programs including scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.


Cross-Functional Coordination
Drive alignment across engineering, product, design, QA, DevOps, and business teams.

Identify and resolve dependencies, bottlenecks, and integration challenges.

Lead scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and status reporting across distributed teams.


Technical Understanding
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Understand system architecture and software development practices to facilitate informed decision-making.

Drive discussions on trade-offs, technical risks, and design considerations.


Communication & Reporting
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership on program health and metrics.

Maintain program documentation, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.

Influence without authority and drive accountability across teams.


Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills
Solid understanding of software development, infrastructure, APIs, and cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Experience with Agile/Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe methodologies.

Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or MS Project.

Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and SDLC phases is a strong plus.


Project/Program Management Skills
Proven track record managing large-scale, cross-functional technical projects/programs.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and risk management abilities.
