Job Description:
A company is looking for a HIM Manager, Inpatient.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and workflow of Health Information
Management services
Conduct inpatient auditing duties and ensure staff adherence to
performance standards
Facilitate team meetings, training, and recruitment processes for
the HIM department
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
RHIA or RHIT certification required
CPC or CCS certification required
6 months of experience in a HIM Supervisor/Auditor role
required
Extensive knowledge and experience in inpatient coding and
auditing
