Job Description:

you!!POSITION SUMMARY:The Home Manager is responsible for
assistance in the coordination, implementation, evaluation, and
oversight of a specific home (ISL) in Judevine's residential
program. He or she helps to ensure that the ISL follows guidelines
set forth by funding agencies and accrediting bodies.THE HOME
MANAGER WILL:Provide direct instruction, support and supervision to
ISL staff and residents both in the home and in the
community.Provide oversight and coordination of support and
services within the ISL for all residents. This includes the
writing of daily schedules, taking into account individual needs,
scheduling medical appointments and follow up, menu planning,
etc.Oversee scheduling of direct care staff to make certain
staffing patterns are upheld.Assist in the planning, development
and implementation of Individual Support Plans/Person Centered
Plans and Behavior Development Plans for ISL residents.Provide
support and maintain open communication with resident's
families.Keep communication lines open between all members of each
person's team.Represent Judevine in a professional manner, not only
in the community but also with other professional networks and at
professional networking meetings.Maintain daily and monthly
paperwork neatly and accurately. Additionally, paperwork must be
turned in according to deadlines given.Train and provide on-the-job
orientation and training to new Judevine employees.Be on call as
necessary for emergency situations and scheduling
conflictsLocations in St Louis County and St Louis CityWE ARE
LOOKING FOR A HOME MANAGER THAT HAS:Experience working with people
with autism and/or related disabilities and challenging
behaviorsEmerging leadership skills and wants to grow and succeed
in their roleExcellent communication skillsProven ability to
maintain positive relationship with families, employers, and
community membersThe ability to apply Judevine training
methodologies on the jobDependable and reliable attendanceThe
ability to be flexible and the willingness to adapt to the needs of
the program and the people supportedDependable and reliable
transportation, a current and valid driver's license, and valid
auto insurance that meets minimum requirements of the
stateEducation: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Degree in Human Services field preferred.Experience: At least three
years of experience working with people with autism and/or related
