Key Responsibilities

Set the vision, strategy, and goals for the Customer Support team
Define and implement scalable support processes for timely issue resolution

Required Qualifications

8+ years of technical support experience, preferably in Healthcare/IT and/or EHR
Prior experience leading teams in Support or Account Management
Strong work ethic with a creative and results-oriented approach
Good mediation and empathetic interpersonal skills
Highly dependable and professional demeanor
