As a Private Banker, you'll be responsible for deepening existing client relationships and attracting new clients to Associated Bank. You'll identify customers' needs and provide tailored financial solutions, working closely with teams across Commercial Banking, Business Banking, Wealth Management, and more. Your expertise in bank products and services will help high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals, while ensuring asset growth and retention.This person will also:

• Drive profitable loan and deposit growth through proactive client outreach and relationship-building.
• Provide personalized financial expertise, delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.
• Expand and deepen client relationships by identifying needs and offering comprehensive banking solutions.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies, risk management, and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate across business lines to support team goals, cross-selling, and partnership initiatives.
• Actively participate in community and business functions/groups to promote the image of the Bank as an integral member of the community.This position requires a credit check per 12 CFR Chapter X, Part 1026, Truth in Lending, Regulation Z.Review the qualifications listed below:Education
  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance or Accounting. RequiredExperience
    • 4-6 years Sales with strong knowledge of all banking products and business development. RequiredLicenses and Certifications
      • Must have access to reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive self, if applicable. by start date. Required
      • CWS-Certified Wealth Strategist within 2 years. Required
