Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead negotiations for complex contracts and oversee contract
administration functions
Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and
legal teams, ensuring alignment on contract terms
Identify process improvement opportunities within the contracting
lifecycle and provide training on contract management
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in federal contracting
Proven track record in negotiating complex contracts with federal
agencies
In-depth knowledge of federal procurement regulations, including
FAR and GSA
Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal
and external stakeholders
