Job Description:
A company is looking for a Dementia Care Manager (WA licensed
LCSW - Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Develop therapeutic alliances with geriatric patients and their
caregivers
Conduct behavioral health diagnostic and crisis evaluations
Provide ongoing psychotherapy and support to patients, families,
and caregivers
Required Qualifications
Unrestricted, current WA State license as a Licensed Clinical
Social Worker (LCSW)
Experience or certification in psychotherapy
Knowledge of assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of behavioral
health services
Experience in dementia caregiver support (preferred)
Valid driver's license and proof of motor vehicle insurance
