Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Product Manager to enhance
the Search and Recommendations experience.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a hub across various stakeholders to gather insights and
drive product value from conception to execution
Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve the search and
discovery experience through collaboration and data analysis
Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business
goals while managing the implementation of product initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science,
Engineering, or Business
5+ years of experience in product management for complex products,
including strategy and implementation
Practical knowledge of Search and Recommendation systems within
online marketplaces
Experience running A/B tests to improve conversion rates and
engagement
Expertise with ElasticSearch and project management or analytics
software
