Job Description:

Military Veterans are Encouraged to Apply. -As the engineering technician, responsibilities include, but are not limited to:you will be responsible primarily for general maintenance and repairs in areas such as:

• General maintenance of guest rooms, meeting spaces, and front of the house areas
• General maintenance of back of house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems
• Performing preventative maintenance on major equipment and systems, using a Windows-based computer system
  The required shift will be a Tuesday thru Saturday day shift from the hours of 8:00AM to 4:30PM (subject to adjustments as business levels require). Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays.

    Qualifications:
    
    • EPA License required
    • 1-3 years of prior building maintenance experience, hotel experience a plus
    • Electrical experience preferred
    • Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs
    • Strong communication skills
    • Detail oriented
    • Able to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve a common goal
    • Must be proficient in Windows and Microsoft systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Ability to read blueprints and schematics
    • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
