Job Description:

Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Lockbox Specialist position in St. Louis, MO. Immediate need. Long term contract.

This position is night shift with the potential for overtime at either the start or end of shift:

Must be available to work Friday - Tuesday nights, 12am-8:30am-3rd shift

6 months to 1+ years of banking, payment or account receivable processing experience.

? Data Entry Proficiency, with 100% accuracy

? Ability to lift 25 lbs.

? Flexible to work additional hours with little notice.

? Able to fully commit to the work schedule.

? Ability to learn and follow new procedures quickly.

? Perform other support operations functions as required.

? Comprehend and translate verbal, written and on-line instructions into action.

? Follow internal operational controls and bank standards.

Must be flexible and willing to learn multiple functions

Specifically:

* Operates Olympus II mailsorter to sort incoming USPS mail and hand files mail into individual client mail bins. Keys zip+4 into LVE (Local Video Encoding) on missorted items. Conducts daily maintenance/cleaning of mailsoter.

Must be able to stand for the entire shift

* Receives and logs overnight mail into SmartTrac system.

Receives, logs and files outgoing courier packages.

Works staging window to distribute outgoing packages to couriers.

Must have flexibility with scheduling

Candidates must be detail oriented.

Have a history of job stability

Previous Lockbox experience highly desirable
